Ultrasonic Surveys, Phased Array Fully Automated Tank Floor & Wall Thickness Scanners. Corrosion Surveys. Ships Hull Surveys approved to DNV, Germanischer Lloyd & Lloyds Register. PMI Testing X-Ray Fluorescence & Optical Emission. Carbon content, Lead Content, Paint Analysis, Soil / Environmental Surveys, Precious Metals etc. Videoscope Inspection fully remote controlled. Welder Qualifications & Bespoke Weld Procedures with Mechanical Testing. Ferrite & Hardness Testing, Vacuum Box Testing of Tank Floors & Walls. Dedicated Test House Facility with 3 Rad Bays with lifting facilities, we have a flat back truck available to collect & deliver items for test.
